On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Senior Communications Specialist for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Senior Communications Specialist - Job Description:
The project involves supporting the creation of material and content for the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). The role requires collaboration within a small team to deliver high-quality communication materials that align with business needs and performance objectives.
- Support the creation of communication materials and content for the CISO
- Collaborate with team members to ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Participate in team meetings, spending approximately 2+ hours per day
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather information and feedback
- Adapt to changes in project scope and requirements
- 8+ years within Communications
- 10+ years of corporate/professional experience
- Security and/or Risk background
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Robust writing and documentation skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to pivot within a changing environment
Senior Communications Specialist – Assignment Length:
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension based on business needs and performance.
Senior Communications Specialist - Assignment Location:
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days in the office and 1 day working from home.
