Job Title: Experienced Dishwasher (Weekend Shifts)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a fast, reliable, and highly experienced Dishwasher to join our team for our peak weekend shifts (Saturdays and Sundays).

This is a high-volume, fast-paced environment that requires someone who is efficient, physically fit, and knows how to manage a heavy workload smoothly. Please note: Prior commercial kitchen dishwashing experience is strictly required. This is not an entry-level position.

Shift & Schedule

- Days: Saturday & Sunday (Weekend only)
- Hours: 10:30 AM – 5:30 PM (7-hour shift per day)

Key Responsibilities

- Operate, load, and maintain commercial dishwashing equipment efficiently.
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishware, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans.
- Keep the dish pit and surrounding BOH (Back of House) area clean, organized, and safe.
- Handle heavy volumes during peak meal rush hours without slowing down service.
- Assist with basic kitchen clean-up,



trash removal, and sanitization.
- Adhere strictly to food safety and health & safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Minimum 6 months of dishwashing experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant (Required).
- Availability: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (10:30 AM – 5:30 PM).
- Pace & Efficiency: Ability to work quickly, prioritize under pressure, and keep up with high-volume demands.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items (up to 20-30 lbs), and work in a warm, fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and good communication skills.
