Clinical Lead, Behaviour Support (Part-Time Contract) — ERIN CARE HOME INC Erin Care Home (ERIN CARE HOME INC) is seeking a Clinical Lead, Behaviour Support on a part-time contract basis for its new children's residence in Erin, Ontario. Location: Erin, ON — on-site in the Town of Erin / Woodbridge area. Full address: 32 Spiers Road, Town of Erin, Ontario. This is an on-site role; remote work is not promised. Job type: Contract, part-time or full-time, with flexible hours. Pay: $35 to $55 per hour. Please note: this rate is at the lower end of the Ontario market for Registered Behaviour Analyst work. Start date: To be confirmed. The residence: - A children's residence for 4 residents, ages 12-18. - Governed by the Child, Youth and Family Services Act (CYFSA), Part IX, and Ontario Regulation 156/18. - This role also includes defined adult Behaviour Support Plan (BSP) work, as described below. Qualifications — required: - A Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, OR a psychologist / psychological associate. - Experience in trauma-informed positive behaviour support, functional assessment, and staff training and coaching in a residential setting. What you will do — children's residence:



- Carry out functional assessment behind children's safety plans and plans of care under section 94. - Provide trauma-informed positive behaviour support. - Train and coach staff in positive behaviour support, consistent implementation, and documentation. What you will do — adult BSP work: - Develop and review adult BSPs, including approval where required. - A BSP with intrusive interventions must be approved by a psychologist, psychological associate, physician, psychiatrist, or certified behaviour analyst.
