Job Summary

We are a learnign center offering academic support to all grade level students in Math and English, as well as other subjects. Hence, we are seeking an energetic and dedicated Student Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator to champion our mission of attracting diverse and talented students to our institution. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute dynamic outreach strategies, engage with prospective students, and foster meaningful relationships that inspire future scholars. Duties

- Design and implement innovative outreach campaigns to promote educational programs across various platforms and community events
- Conduct engaging presentations and informational sessions at high schools, community colleges, career fairs, and other venues to attract prospective students
- Build robust relationships with school counselors, community organizations, and local leaders to expand outreach networks




- Manage the recruitment pipeline by guiding prospective students through application processes and providing personalized support
- Utilize recruitment software such as Ellucian (a widely used student information system) to track interactions, manage data, and analyze outreach effectiveness
- Collaborate with academic departments to understand program offerings and communicate key benefits to prospective students
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, follow-ups, and applicant progress to ensure a seamless recruitment experience

Skills

- Excellent public speaking skills with the ability to deliver compelling presentations that engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency with Ellucian or similar student information systems for data management and reporting
- Strong recruiting experience or background in student engagement initiatives
- Effective teaching abilities to clearly explain academic programs, admissions processes, and campus life opportunities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for building rapport with students, educators, community partners, and team members
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple outreach projects simultaneously
- Passionate about education, diversity, and empowering students to achieve their academic goals

Pay: $39,400.00-$97,300.00 per year
