We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic and personable individual as a Junior Technical Inside Sales Representative. We are seeking a dedicated team member ready to build a long-term future and grow with the company.

Specific Duties:

- Able to assist with technical sales of networking cables and hardware
- Understand and assist clients with network topology
- Assist clients with NVR and camera setups in CCTV applications
- Configure and recommend the appropriate fiber optic cables required for customer defined applications.
- Comprehension and function of video switches, splitters and extenders and recommending the appropriate product for the customers application.
- Build relationships with an existing client base
- Answer customer inquiries over the phone and via email
- Enter orders placed into our inventory system
- Resolve product and service-related problems
- Promote sales to existing customers
- Identify customers and promote products to meet their needs

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

- Completion of university or college




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of current technologies
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of organization and accuracy
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter and team player
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs, and experience with Sage 300 an asset
- 1 – 2 years of direct experience an asset

Terms of Employment:

- Full Time, On-site
- Annual salary of $45,000-$55,000, plus potential bonuses
