Ignite Health & Fitness is a growing multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic in Brampton focused on providing evidence-based care and hands-on treatment.
We are currently looking for a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team and treat a diverse patient population including general wellness, injury rehabilitation, and active individuals.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments tailored to individual patient needs
- Perform assessment and treatment planning based on patient history and clinical findings
- Utilize a variety of manual therapy techniques including deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and relaxation techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the clinic to support patient recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment notes
- Educate patients on self-care, stretching, and injury prevention
Treatment Focus
You will treat a wide range of patients including:
- Musculoskeletal pain and tension
- Sports injuries
- Postural and work-related strain
- Stress and tension-related conditions
- General wellness and relaxation care
Qualifications
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently within a collaborative team environment
Assets
- Experience treating sports injuries and active populations
- Experience with deep tissue, myofascial release, and therapeutic massage techniques
- Interest in working within a multidisciplinary clinic environment
