Duties

- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals to ensure timely service
- Support cooking activities by following recipes and safety guidelines under supervision
- Handle food safely by practicing proper hygiene, storage, and sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations
- Serve food to guests or staff in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring presentation standards are maintained
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and storage areas throughout shifts
- Support inventory management by organizing supplies and notifying supervisors of stock levels or shortages




- Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for everyone

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety standards within the food industry
- Ability to assist with meal preparation and cooking tasks efficiently while maintaining high quality standards
- Strong serving skills with a friendly attitude towards guests or team members
