Job Summary

Support our Seniors with complex nursing needs through attentive, coordinated care. Apply sound nursing judgment, communicate clearly with patients and colleagues, and help promote comfort, safety, and continuity of care.

Duties

- Assess patient needs, monitor changes, and provide individualized patient care, including medication administration and pain management.
- Coordinate care plans, document accurately, and communicate relevant updates with patients, families, and the care team.
- Support seniors living with dementia or other complex needs, adapting care to preserve dignity and comfort.
- Your impact: Timely, accurate updates help colleagues coordinate care and respond to changing patient needs.

Requirements

Required:



Registered nursing capabilities, patient care, medication administration, pain management, medical terminology, and clear documentation support safe, responsive care for seniors. Preferred: Relevant experience in senior care, dementia care, nursing homes, assisted living, home care, hospitals, acute care, case management, phlebotomy, laboratories, medical offices.

Proficient in speaking and writing in English.

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 2.0 – 30.0 per week
