We are looking for an experienced CNC Specialist to join a high-volume manufacturing workplace in Windsor, ON.

Pay - $65-$90K

Shift - 3 Shift Rotation

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of CNC machining experience, preferably in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.

- Strong hands-on experience with Mazak Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs) and 4th-axis machining.

- Experience with CNC setup, troubleshooting, machine prove-outs, and process optimization.

- Strong knowledge of EIA/ISO G-code programming and troubleshooting.

- Experience with cutting tools, tool presetters, offsets, compensation, feeds, and speeds.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and apply GD&T;.

- Experience with CNC turning; dual-turret lathe experience is an asset.

- Knowledge of machining fixtures, hydraulic workholding, and preventive maintenance.

- Experience with robotic machine tending is an asset.

- Strong problem-solving skills with experience improving OEE, tool life, cycle time, and scrap reduction.

- Must be comfortable working independently and supporting production, quality, and engineering teams.
