Daikin Comfort Technologies Distribution, Inc., is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Customer Service Representative/Inside Sales Representative, Level 1 position within our Branch Operations group located in Calgary, AB.

The CSR/Inside Sales Representative sells the organization's products and services to prospective and established customers. Whether face-to-face, over the phone, or through email, the CSR supports customer needs by identifying requirements, answering questions, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth and productive sales process. The successful candidate must be knowledgeable about the organization's policies, procedures, products, and services.

The CSR/Inside Sales Representative collaborates with Regional Manager or Branch Manager to help drive territory coverage and maintain positive dealer relationships.
