ROLE
As a Ward Clerk at Muskoka Algonquin Healthcare you will;
- Answer phones calls.
- Book ambulatory care/outpatient appointments.
- Organize charts for admissions and discharge.
- Ability to differentiate between content requirements for operative procedures, medical charts, CCU charts, long-term care charts, and other specialty charts.
- Book tests, appointments, and consultations with other facilities and make all necessary arrangements for patient to attend appointment.
