We are seeking a hands-on, organized, and proactive Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee building maintenance, preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility improvement projects across our hotel operations in Windsor.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting building systems, leading a team, coordinating contractors, and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained environment for hotel guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily maintenance operations, work orders, preventative maintenance, and emergency repairs.
- Lead, schedule, and support maintenance technicians while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and general building systems.
- Plan and coordinate maintenance projects, renovations, equipment repairs, and contractor activities.
- Use QUORE or similar computerized maintenance management systems to track work orders, equipment, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection reports, and safety documentation.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with hotel management and other departments to minimize disruption to guests.




- Identify potential equipment failures and recommend preventative measures and cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety requirements and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

- At least 3 years of experience in maintenance, hotel facilities management; management experience is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and general building repairs.
- Solid troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate contractors, prioritize work orders, and manage multiple maintenance projects.
- Experience with maintenance management software; QUORE experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and building maintenance standards.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with hotel management and staff.

Hotel maintenance experience is an asset. Candidates with relevant commercial, industrial, or facilities maintenance experience are welcome to apply.
