Mommy & Me Family Chiropractic is looking for a warm, capable, and highly organized individual to join our team.

We are a busy, family-focused chiropractic practice caring for patients of all ages, from newborns to grandparents, with a special interest in prenatal, postpartum, pediatric, and family chiropractic care.

About the Position

This is a diverse, hands-on position that combines patient relations, front desk responsibilities, examination assistance, clinical documentation, and digital record management.

This is not a traditional receptionist position. You will work closely with our chiropractors and patients, helping support both the clinical and administrative aspects of our practice.

Your responsibilities will include:

Patient Relations & Front Desk

- Welcoming patients and creating a warm, professional, concierge-style experience
- Building genuine relationships with patients and families
- Managing appointments, patient flow, and telephone inquiries
- Processing payments and handling administrative responsibilities
- Anticipating patient needs and helping the clinic run smoothly

Clinical & Examination Support

- Assisting chiropractors with patient histories and examinations
- Supporting digital posture assessments and other clinical procedures
- Preparing patients and examination areas
- Assisting with patient care procedures as directed and appropriately supervised by the chiropractors

Clinical Documentation & Technology

- Taking accurate, detailed clinical notes during patient interactions




- Transcribing and entering information into electronic patient records
- Managing, organizing, and maintaining digital patient files
- Ensuring documentation is complete, accurate, and professionally written
- Working efficiently with clinic software and digital systems
- Maintaining strict patient confidentiality

What We're Looking For

Exceptional English communication and computer skills are essential for this position.

Our ideal candidate will have:

- Excellent spoken English, with transparent, confident, and professional communication skills
- Exceptional English reading, writing, spelling, and grammar skills
- Fast, accurate typing skills, including the ability to document information while listening
- Strong computer literacy and confidence working with multiple software programs and digital files
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy environment
- A warm, personable nature and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
- The confidence to take initiative and solve problems independently
- A positive, dependable attitude and strong work ethic
- An interest in chiropractic care, natural health, and proactive wellness

Experience in a healthcare setting, medical documentation, transcription, or patient care would be an asset, but we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates exceptional aptitude and enthusiasm.

Schedule & Availability

This position will begin as part-time, with the expectation that it will grow into a full-time role as the needs of our practice evolve.

We are looking for someone who:

- Has flexibility in their weekday availability
- Can accommodate shifts that may begin at 9:00 AM and finish at 6:30 PM
- Is interested in increasing their hours over time
- Is seeking a long-term opportunity rather than a temporary position
