We’re looking for a creative, organized and self-starting coordinator to support the Marketing Director with residential community launches and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative and can manage projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing projects, timelines and deliverables
- Assist with Meta and Google advertising campaigns
- Support social media, email, text and website content
- Coordinate with designers, agencies and vendors
- Assist with events, promotions and community launches
- Track campaign results and provide updates to the Marketing Director
- Identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and campaign performance

Qualifications

- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative




- Experience in marketing, digital advertising or project coordination
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Creative, proactive and detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Real estate or residential development experience is an asset

This is a temporary contract position with potential for growth and longer-term opportunities

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
