WE'RE HIRING – AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER (AME – STRUCTURES/S)

Location: Trenton, ON
Contract Start: January 2027

Morson Edge is seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineers – Structures (S) for an exciting contract opportunity in Trenton, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform aircraft structural inspections, repairs, and modifications.
- Carry out sheet metal fabrication, riveting, fastening, and structural repairs.
- Interpret SRM, AMM, IPC, and engineering documentation.
- Identify and report structural defects and unairworthy conditions.
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety and maintenance standards.

Qualifications:

- Valid Transport Canada AME-S License.
- Minimum 5 years of aircraft structural maintenance experience.
- Experience with heavy aircraft maintenance and structural repairs.




- Robust knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, composite repairs, and structural inspections.
- Experience with fuel tank structural repairs is an asset.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Eligible for the Controlled Goods Program.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Reliability Status and Level 2 (Secret) security clearance.
