Overview

As a Taza xpress shawarma server, you’ll welcome guests, take orders, prepare and serve food, and help keep service running smoothly. You’ll use POS systems to process transactions, support a clean dining and work area, and contribute to a positive hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
- Use POS or Micros POS to enter orders, handle cash and payments, and complete basic math accurately.
- Prepare and serve food while following food handling, food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness practices.
- Support kitchen and front-of-house tasks, manage time during busy periods, and suggest menu items when appropriate.

Experience

Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, time management, and careful food handling are practical capabilities for serving guests and completing orders accurately. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, kitchen, serving, cashiering, or guest services experience; familiarity with hospitality, food preparation, sanitation, upselling, cash handling, and POS or Micros POS is an advantage.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
