Overview

We’re looking for a dependable and skilled Class 1 Truck Driver for day shift regional pick-up and delivery operations within and around Charlottetown, PE. This role is perfect for drivers who thrive working independently, value safety, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Duties

- Perform scheduled pick-ups and deliveries across multiple regional stops.

Safely operate Class 1 vehicles in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Load and unload freight with care and accuracy.
*
Complete documentation and scanning using handheld devices.
*
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely service.
*
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of your assigned vehicle.

Experience





- Valid Class 1 License and a clean driver’s abstract.

Proven ability to operatemanual transmission truckswith recent experience preferred.
*
Minimum 2 years driving a tractor-trailer.
*
Strong knowledge of local and regional routes.
*
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*
Experience with freight handling and scanning equipment is an asset.

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
