About Chantilly Forever FC

Chantilly Forever FC Academy is a competitive soccer academy committed to player development, high-performance training, and creating pathways for athletes to reach their full potential. We are seeking motivated, knowledgeable, and dedicated coaches to join our competitive program and lead teams within our U14–U17 Imodel High Performance stream.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality training sessions, coaching competitive matches, and developing players within a structured high-performance environment. The ideal candidate has experience working with competitive youth athletes and is committed to technical, tactical, physical, and mental player development.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver structured, age-appropriate, high-performance training sessions.
- Lead and manage a U14–U17 competitive team within the Imodel stream.
- Prepare teams for league matches, tournaments, and other competitions.
- Develop players' technical skills, tactical understanding, decision-making, and game intelligence.
- Implement the club's playing philosophy and development standards.
- Monitor player performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain professional communication with players, parents, and club management.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, inclusive, and professional team environment.
- Attend team training sessions, matches, and required club meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Soccer, Canada Soccer, and club policies.

Required Qualifications





- Minimum Canada Soccer Concacaf C Licence.
- Experience coaching competitive youth soccer, preferably at the U14–U17 level.
- Knowledge of high-performance player development and modern coaching methodologies.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan and deliver effective technical and tactical training sessions.
- Commitment to player development, professionalism, and continuous learning.
- Ability to meet applicable safeguarding, screening, and certification requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience coaching within an Ontario Soccer iModel or comparable high-performance environment.
- Experience preparing teams for competitive league play and tournaments.
- Additional coaching education or progress toward the Canada Soccer B Licence.
- Knowledge of player performance assessment and individual development planning.

Location Preference

We are seeking coaches based in Hamilton,



Ontario and the surrounding areas who are able to consistently attend team training sessions, matches, and club activities. Local candidates who are passionate about developing competitive youth players and contributing to our high-performance program are strongly encouraged to apply.
