We are looking for a new member to join our team of local residential cleaners here in Oceanside. If you are great with people and want regular work with the sweetest team ~ we have jobs for you! Local freelance/contractors are needed, for services to the residents of Oceanside area on Vancouver Island.

The BEE TEAM has clients waiting for you ! We service Oceanside, Nanoose Bay, Parksville, Qualicum and rural locations between these cities.

Eco BEE-friendly Non toxic products and the best equipment we get the Job Done Right and our clients love us for it!

We are looking for your experience, great time management, your ability to follow standardized safe procedures, and your passion for service to local seniors. Prior experience in residential housekeeping, cleaning, companion, and care services - along with fluency in English is required, so you can chat with the team and our mainly senior clients. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a safe regulated environment where your skills and attention to detail as a freelance contractor are highly valued by our clients.

* Continuity is a number one priority - we are currently looking for a regular part-time person * Clients sign up for standardized, punctual service and a friendly helper they can rely on!

This is day work only Monday thru Friday - recurring work with the same repeat clients who want Top Quality regular cleaning services with Vibrant Happy people. ( NO heavy duty commercial or strenuous cleaning.)

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Laundry - washing, drying, folding, and organizing bedding and client clothing




- Punctual arrive on time and complete jobs within scheduled periods
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences
- Ensure your presentation & cleaning supplies are maintained & deployed properly
- Excellence in customer service by responding to all communications professionally

Qualifications

- You LOVE to learn & perfect your techniques, cleaning & helping others.
- TEAM WORK - positive interpersonal relations with other contractors
- Ability to work independently, complete standardized work for *client satisfaction
- Maintaining high-quality standards, with Reliability & Punctuality
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing
- Reliable vehicle & cell phone is required for daily business operations
