The North of Superior Healthcare Group, The Wilson Memorial General Hospital (Marathon site) and The McCausland Hosptital site (Terrace Bay) have one vacancy for a Full – Time Registered Nurse at each site.

Requirements:

- Holds current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Preferable to have ACLS, ATLS, NRP certificate but willingness to educate
- Willingness to educate with Arterial Lines Monitoring and Ventilators
- Proven ability to work well with others both internally and externally
- Basic computer skills;
- Membership in RNAO preferred;
- Excellent communication skills, including written documentation;
- Bilingual an asset

Salary and Benefits in accordance with the ONA Collective Agreement

Incentives:





$1500 recruitment allowance

$3000 cost of living allowance after three (3) months of employment

$2500 at the completion of probation

$3000 following one (1) year of employment

Community Commitment Program for Nurses (CCPN), if eligible.

$25, 000 (CCPN)

$10,000 (Northern Top up)

$10,000 (Northern Relocation)
