Options for Community Living, Inc. is looking for an Assistant Case Manager to join our team An ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, valid auto insurance and access to a vehicle is required.




- Bachelor’s degree in health or human services and 1 year of related experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with families preferred.
