Join a reliable and growing distributor in the building products industry as an Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative. This is a full-time, in-office role where you'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping with product inquiries, pricing, order processing, and issue resolution.

What You'll Be Doing

- Answer customer calls and emails regarding product availability, pricing, and order status
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare quotes and provide product information
- Resolve customer questions and service issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with warehouse and internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled correctly
- Maintain accurate records and customer information
- Build strong relationships through exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves

- Previous experience in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Order Desk, or a similar customer-facing role
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience handling a high volume of calls, emails, and order processing
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer service
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Nice-to-Haves

- Experience working for a distributor, wholesaler, or supplier
- Exposure to construction, industrial, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or building products industries
- Experience with inventory management or ERP systems
