Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated 310T &/or 310S Licensed Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with various types of vehicles. This role requires the ability to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and ensure all equipment operates efficiently. The Mechanic will play a vital role in maintaining our fleet and equipment, contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Duties

- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on recreational vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Diagnose mechanical issues by inspecting equipment and analyzing performance data.
- Perform troubleshooting to identify problems with engines, transmissions, brakes, and other systems.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall service quality.
- Adhere to safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.




- Semi-annual participation in set-up & tear-down of RV shows with service team members.

Experience

- Proven experience as a Mechanic is preferred.
- Solid mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various hand tools and power tools.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair techniques is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a quick-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
