Residential and Commercial Cleaner and Painter

About the Role

This role involves detailed cleaning and painting at residential and commercial properties in London and nearby communities, including St. Thomas. Work assignments, locations and schedules will depend on confirmed projects.

Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of homes, apartments, commercial spaces and building common areas.
- Complete post-construction, move-in, move-out and final-handover cleaning.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, floors, doors, trim, interior windows and glass.
- Prepare and protect surfaces before painting.
- Complete interior painting, paint touch-ups and exterior painting where assigned.
- Protect clients’ belongings and leave work areas clean and orderly.
- Follow site instructions, product directions and safe working practices.
- Report damage,



hazards or unfinished work to the company contact.

Qualifications

- Practical experience in cleaning and painting.
- Solid attention to detail and careful workmanship.
- Reliability, punctuality and respectful communication.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or with others.
- Ability to travel to agreed job locations in the service area.

Pay: $17.60-$29.40 per hour
