We run their advertising, generate their leads, book their appointments, pay for their ads, and offer a monthly guarantee that makes it impossible for them to lose money. It’s a done-for-you offer that no other agency in our space delivers the way we do.

We’ve spent the last three years perfecting the service side of the business. Now we’re investing in the client experience with the same seriousness, and this hire is a key part of that.

About the Role

We’re looking for a client support specialist who is the first line of contact for our clients. Our clients are busy studio owners, they message often, and they expect rapid, clear answers. You’ll handle a high volume of client conversations every day, solve problems as they come up, and keep clients confident and supported, even when things get tense.

This role is for someone who doesn’t shy away from hard conversations. When a client is frustrated, confused, or upset, you lean in, get to the root of the issue, and find a way forward. You stay calm, keep things moving, and turn difficult moments into stronger relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Be the primary point of contact for client messages, calls, and questions, responding quickly and keeping a steady pace across a busy inbox
- Solve client problems end to end: figure out what’s actually going on, coordinate with the team internally, and follow through until it’s resolved
- Handle difficult conversations with frustrated or unhappy clients, including complaints, billing concerns, and performance questions, with empathy and confidence
- De-escalate tense situations and keep clients feeling heard, informed, and supported




- Flag at-risk clients and recurring issues to leadership so they can be addressed early
- Keep clear, accurate records of client interactions and outcomes

What We’re Looking For

- 2+ years in a client-facing customer service, support, or account management role, ideally in a high-volume environment
- Strong problem-solving skills: you dig into issues, think on your feet, and come back with solutions, not excuses
- Proven ability to handle difficult conversations and upset clients while staying calm, professional, and kind
- Thrives under pressure: you can juggle many conversations at once without letting anything slip through the cracks
- Excellent written and verbal communication; clients enjoy talking to you even when the news isn’t what they wanted
- A solutions-first, positive attitude
- Agency, B2B service, or small-business-client experience is a strong plus; our clients are studio owners, and you’ll need to speak their language
