We are currently hiring a Warehouse Operations Clerk / Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations. The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and previous experience working in a warehouse environment.

Morning Shift
7 am to 3:30 pm

Key Responsibilities

- Perform daily administrative and clerical duties within the warehouse.
- Enter, maintain, and organize warehouse-related data and records.
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents using Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Maintain accurate inventory, shipping, receiving, and operational records.
- Communicate with warehouse staff and other departments to coordinate daily activities.
- Assist with documentation, data entry, and general office tasks.
- Work on the warehouse floor occasionally to support operational requirements.




- Follow company procedures related to safety, accuracy, and documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
- Excellent data entry and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and occasionally on the floor.
