Kitchen Manager – Multi-Unit Operations

We are looking for an experienced, organized, and hands-on Kitchen Manager to oversee the daily operations of our three kitchens.

Key Responsibilities

- Purchasing: Manage food orders and deliveries.
- Inventory: Monitor stock levels, conduct inventory counts, and minimize waste.
- Food Quality: Ensure consistent food quality, portions, presentation, and standards.
- Operations: Coordinate food preparation and production between locations.
- Staff Supervision: Oversee kitchen teams, schedules, productivity, and daily organization.
- Cost Control: Monitor food costs, inventory discrepancies, and labour efficiency.
- Food Safety: Ensure cleanliness, proper storage, and MAPAQ compliance.

Requirements

- Experience in kitchen or food-service operations management.
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
- Positive understanding of food costs, purchasing, and kitchen procedures.
- Ability to supervise teams and maintain consistent standards.
- Reliable, proactive,



and detail-oriented.

The ideal candidate understands that successful kitchen management extends beyond cooking and should be comfortable with front of house practices too. It requires organization, financial discipline, strong leadership, and the ability to establish systems that consistently deliver results.

This is a hands-on management position with the opportunity to play an important role in the development and growth of our restaurant operations.

Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
