Peak Construction Group seeks an experienced Senior Project Coordinator supporting commercial, retail, institutional, or other ICI projects. You will work with Project Managers and Superintendents on documentation, changes, schedules, costs, and closeout. The position requires independent issue resolution and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, revisions, and site instructions
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams
- Track changes, pricing, change orders, and supporting documentation
- Support cost control, budgets, forecasts, and progress claims




- Coordinate schedules, quality activities, and project closeout

Requirements:

- Two or more years of progressive construction experience
- Project Coordinator or similar role experience
- Construction-related diploma, degree, certificate, or equivalent experience
- Experience with RFIs, submittals, changes, costs, and document control
- Willingness to travel throughout Ontario on the stated rotation
