Robust communication, organization, customer service, and technology skills support accurate service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute verification work using available tools and procedures
- Acquire consent documents for requested verifications
- Conduct outbound and incoming calls during verifications




- Provide results according to established procedures
- Apply privacy, security, and escalation standards

Requirements:

- High school diploma or recognized Canadian equivalent
- Fluency in spoken and written Persian is an asset
- Minimum one year of customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web tools
- Organization, autonomy, discretion, and attention to detail
