Lead Work-Integrated Learning at Medicine Hat College through experiential learning development, placement coordination, and employer partnership building. This is a full time, regular position.

Reporting to the Director, Teaching & Learning, the Coordinator leads continuous improvement across experiential learning opportunities. The role oversees student placements, supports Student Placement Officers, and maintains a placement portfolio. It also builds partnerships supporting meaningful learning experiences and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and coordinate experiential learning opportunities across Medicine Hat College
- Lead continuous improvement of Work-Integrated Learning initiatives
- Oversee student placement processes and assigned placement activities




- Support and manage Student Placement Officers
- Build employer and community organization partnerships

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, Business, Social Sciences, or related field
- Master’s degree considered an asset
- Minimum three to five years’ related experience
- Experience managing partnerships, initiatives, and staff
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
