Support medical education at William Osler Health System through clinical coordination, learner registration, and accurate trainee records. This is a fully onsite, full time position.

Reporting to the Manager, Medical Education, the Education Assistant supports activities at Osler's clinical education campus. You will collaborate with the medical education team while coordinating placements, schedules, orientations, and simulation-based activities. The position is permanent and scheduled for days, with occasional evenings or weekends possible.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide onsite faculty support as required
- Coordinate clinical placements and related rotation correspondence
- Create and distribute undergraduate and postgraduate call schedules
- Organize placement details, registrations, and learner orientations




- Maintain trainee data for reporting and funding purposes

Requirements:

- Two-year post-secondary program in office administration or equivalent
- Two years' experience in a healthcare-related environment
- Proficient Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook skills
- Effective planning, organization, communication, and prioritization skills
- Ability to travel to Osler sites and McMaster University
