Reporting to the Store Manager, the Assistant Store Manager helps drive daily operations and motivate the team. You will monitor KPIs, support hiring and training, and maintain an exceptional customer experience. The position also covers inventory, merchandising, scheduling, compliance, and omnichannel initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and motivate team members on the sales floor
- Monitor KPIs and recommend actions supporting store goals
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- Manage inventory, compliance, procedures, and daily floor coverage

Requirements:

- Two or more years supervising retail or customer-focused teams
- Robust organization, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Proven ability to lead teams toward objectives
- Proficiency in POS, ERP, ATS, and Microsoft Office systems
- Flexible evenings, weekends, holidays, lifting, and standing availability
