As part of NLC’s stores team, you will deliver customer service through the SERVE process. You will operate a point-of-sale system and support inventory control. The position also includes store security, loss prevention, social responsibility, custom orders, and product knowledge seminars.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide customer service through the SERVE process
- Operate the point-of-sale system
- Receive inventory and maintain product shelving
- Complete inventory counts and custom orders
- Maintain security and prevent prohibited alcohol sales

Requirements:

- High School graduation
- At least 19 years of age
- One year of retail customer service experience
- Physical ability to perform required duties
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills
