Our products solve complex problems in public health, environmental monitoring, biodefense, and life sciences. We're looking for a creative, highly driven Marketing Lead who can build our brand, generate demand, and leverage AI to dramatically increase marketing speed and effectiveness.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for building and executing our marketing strategy across multiple companies and product lines.

You'll create compelling content, manage digital campaigns, support product launches, organize conferences, develop customer communications, and use AI to automate and scale nearly every aspect of marketing.

We're looking for someone who combines creativity with analytical thinking and enjoys building systems that produce measurable results.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple brands and products
- Plan and support product launches, conferences, and trade shows
- Create compelling content including articles, videos, social media, newsletters, case studies, and technical marketing materials
- Manage company websites, email marketing, and digital campaigns
- Build and optimize lead generation and customer nurturing systems
- Develop marketing assets with engineering and scientific teams
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve results
- Manage external vendors, photographers, designers, and agencies as needed
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels
- Support business development with presentations,



proposals, and customer-facing materials

AI-Native Marketing

AI is a core part of how we work. You'll use tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, image generation tools, video creation platforms, automation software, and AI research tools to dramatically increase marketing quality and speed.

Examples include:

- Creating first drafts of technical content
- Developing social media campaigns
- Producing videos and graphics
- Automating email sequences
- Market and competitor research
- SEO optimization
- Conference planning
- Customer segmentation
- Performance reporting
- Workflow automation

We're looking for someone who is excited to continually experiment with new AI tools and build highly efficient marketing systems.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in marketing, brand management, digital marketing, or communications
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Experience with one or more of the following is considered an asset:

- B2B marketing
- Biotechnology, engineering, healthcare,
