We are a local business specializing in pickup truck accessories and installation. We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and sales-driven individual to join our team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, closing sales, and taking initiative to grow the business.

Responsibilities

- Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and online
- Recommend products, prepare quotes, and close sales
- Actively follow up on customer inquiries and potential leads
- Generate recent sales opportunities through Facebook Marketplace, online platforms, and customer outreach
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Process orders, handle payments, and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with inventory management and daily store operations
- Work independently toward monthly sales targets

Requirements

- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred




- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working toward sales goals
- Able to work independently and manage daily responsibilities
- Basic computer skills, including email and Excel
- Knowledge of pickup trucks or automotive accessories is an asset
- Reliable, organized, and willing to learn

What We Offer

- $19–$20/hour base pay, depending on experience
- Performance-based sales commission
- Opportunity to earn $25–$30+/hour in total compensation with strong sales performance
