Job Description: Our Janitors ensure picture-perfect presentation of our store. They must also frequently interact with customers in need of assistance. Janitors are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general upkeep of buildings, both inside and outside. Their duties include cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and performing minor repairs. They may also be responsible for groundskeeping tasks like snow removal and lawn care. .

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Provides premier customer service, including greeting customers and answering their questions.

· Cleans every department and coolers to ensures that the store and coolers are hygienic.

· Complies with sanitation and safety guidelines.

· Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors.

· Cleaning and disinfecting toilets,



sinks, mirrors, and restocking supplies.

· Cleaning entryways, hallways, lobbies, and other public spaces.

· Washing windows, walls, and glass surfaces.

· Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.

· Emptying trash and recycling bins and ensuring proper disposal.

· Assists with other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions:

· Able to work in cold food areas

· Able to work adaptable shifts, including weekends.

Work involves walking; lifting, moving, carrying; and frequently interacting with customers, fellow associates, truck drivers.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to lift and/or move up to 23 kg or 50 lbs.

· Ability to stand for eight hours.

· Needs to possess anti-slip shoes and work in a safe manner in accordance with company policies.
