Responsibilities

- Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations and outstanding customer service
- Oversee food preparation, cooking, and food handling to maintain high quality standards
- Manage POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for order processing and cash handling
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members, fostering a strong team culture
- Monitor food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Train staff on food service techniques, customer service, and restaurant procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction
- Supervise kitchen activities including food presentation, bartending, and barista services where applicable
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the restaurant environment




- Support restaurant management with inventory control, scheduling, and operational improvements

Skills

- Proven experience in food service or restaurant management roles with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms for transactions and cash handling
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and developing staff members
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards including serving, bartending, hotel or barista experience is a plus
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations including kitchen workflows and food industry best practices
