About TRNT

TRNT Educational Institute is a Vancouver-based educational organization dedicated to helping students develop academic excellence, creativity, and real-world skills.

Through our AI Innovation & Entrepreneurship Lab, we aim to empower students aged 8–18 to go beyond simply learning about artificial intelligence. We want them to use AI to create, innovate, solve real-world problems, and turn their ideas into tangible projects.

About the Opportunity

We are looking for passionate AI professionals, university students, researchers, developers, designers, and entrepreneurs to join our growing team of AI Innovation Mentors and Workshop Instructors.

We welcome individuals who enjoy experimenting with emerging technologies, building creative projects, and sharing their knowledge with the next generation.

You do not need to be a traditional teacher. We value practical experience, creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to inspire young learners.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have built compelling AI-powered applications, digital products, creative tools, or innovative projects that could inspire engaging educational workshops.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver engaging, hands-on AI and innovation workshops for students aged 8–18.
- Guide students in creating tangible projects using AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Introduce practical applications of AI, creative problem-solving, product development, and entrepreneurship.
- Help students transform their ideas into functional prototypes, digital creations, or real-world solutions.
- Encourage independent thinking, creativity, experimentation, and teamwork.
- Support students in understanding and explaining their design decisions, how they used AI, and how they solved challenges.




- Collaborate with the TRNT team to develop innovative workshop concepts and project-based learning experiences.
- Provide mentorship and constructive feedback throughout the students' learning journeys.

Examples of Potential Workshop Projects

Depending on your expertise, projects may include:

- Building AI-powered chatbots or personal assistants.
- Creating websites, apps, games, or interactive digital experiences.
- Developing AI-generated animations, videos, stories, or digital artwork.
- Designing AI-powered tools that solve everyday problems.
- Building simple business concepts, digital products, or entrepreneurial projects.
- Exploring robotics, automation, and other emerging technologies.

We are also open to new and original workshop ideas based on your expertise and interests.

Qualifications

- Background or demonstrated interest in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Development, Entrepreneurship, Digital Design, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, technology projects, software development, creative applications, research, or startups.
- Ability to explain technical or creative concepts in an engaging and accessible way.
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with children and teenagers.
- Creative mindset with an interest in experimentation, innovation, and project-based learning.
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to students with different skill levels.
