We are currently seeking a skilled, independent 310T Licensed Diesel Mechanic to manage the maintenance, diagnostic, and pepair work for our heavy commercial vehicles and civil construction equipment.

Overview

The 310T Licensed Diesel Mechanic (Fleet & Construction Equipment) maintains and repairs diesel-powered fleet and construction equipment. You’ll use practical mechanical and diagnostic skills to keep equipment safe, reliable, and ready for work.

Duties:

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic,pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and safety inspections on heavy trucks to ensure CVOR compliance.
- Service and overhaul components across our mixed fleet, including heavy commercial vehicles and earthmoving equipment.
- Conduct road tests and move equipment around the yard safety.
- Maintain clean and organized documentation of all fleet service records and safety logs.
- Communicate professionally with owner and colleagues, explain repair findings,



and document completed work. Your impact: dependable repairs help the crews keep projects moving.

Our Fleet Includes:

- Heavy Commercial: Dump trucks, Roll-off trucks, and Hydrovac trucks.
- Civil Equipment: Excavators and Front-end loaders

Qualifications

- Valid 310T Truck and Coach Technician License (Required)
- Minimum Class DZ Driver's Licence with a clean driving abstract (Required for moving vehicles and road testing)
- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Proven experience repairing both heavy-duty diesel trucks and heavy construction machinery.
- Strong capabilities in advanced hydraulic troubleshooting and electrical diagnostics.
- Must own a complete set of tools suitable for heavy truck and equipment repair.
- Practical mechanical knowledge, safe tool use, maintenance and repair skills, and the ability to interpret schematics and handle physical work.
- Positive attitude, safety-first mindset, and a team-oriented approach.
