The Role

Murray Chevrolet Winnipeg is looking for a Receptionist (Director of First Impressions) to welcome customers, answer calls, and support smooth dealership operations. You’ll be the face and voice of the dealership, ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and aligned with our standards.

What You’ll Do:

- Greet customers and visitors promptly and warmly
- Answer incoming calls within 3 rings and direct them to the appropriate department
- Take overflow Service calls and schedule appointments as needed
- Stock new and used vehicles with accurate details
- Maintain customer lounge and refreshment area
- Process POS transactions and maintain administrative records
- Assist Sales, Service, and Parts teams to ensure smooth operations

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous reception or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Automotive or dealership experience is an asset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing setting
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Valid driver's license an asset
