Overview

The Retail Store Supervisor coordinates daily store operations, supports sales, and helps create a welcoming, well-organized shopping experience. This role combines team leadership with customer service, merchandising, and administrative responsibilities.

Duties

- Supervise and coach team members, support recruiting and interviewing, and coordinate training and development.
- Oversee customer service, retail sales, cashiering, POS transactions, and accurate cash handling.
- Maintain merchandising, pricing, and inventory; support purchasing and marketing activities.
- Assist with payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and administrative tasks, using sound organization and time management.

Experience

Required: Practical leadership, communication,



organization, math, and customer service capabilities support supervising staff, handling transactions, and coordinating store activities. Preferred: Supervising, retail sales, retail management, sales management, or store management experience is valuable, along with strengths in negotiation, bilingual or multilingual communication, and phone etiquette. Familiarity with recruiting, interviewing, payroll, merchandising, POS, purchasing, pricing, budgeting, cash handling, bookkeeping, marketing, and training and development can further support success in this role.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 30.0 per week
