Right at Home Canada | In-Home Nursing Care

Right at Home Canada is seeking a reliable, compassionate, and professional Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home nursing care to a client in the Sussex, New Brunswick area.

Position Details:

- Location: Sussex, NB
- Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Schedule: Daily visits, 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Shift Length: 2 hours per day
- Frequency: 7 days per week
- Employment Type: Casual/Part-Time

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Must hold an active, unrestricted LPN licence with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN).
- Previous nursing experience is considered an asset.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound clinical judgment.
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care.
- Must maintain client confidentiality and adhere to professional standards and infection prevention and control practices.
- Reliable transportation to the Sussex area is required.

Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's care plan and professional scope of practice.




- Monitor and report changes in the client's condition.
- Complete accurate nursing documentation and visit notes.
- Communicate relevant concerns and updates to the care coordination team.
- Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for the client.
