Job Overview

As a Cashier/Customer Service team member, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, process transactions accurately, and help keep merchandise organized. You’ll use clear communication and attentive service to make purchases straightforward and welcoming.

Duties

- Operate the POS system, handle cash and other transactions, and apply basic math to verify totals and change.
- Answer customer questions, provide product demonstrations, and assist with technology sales and retail sales.
- Recommend relevant products through helpful upselling, while keeping displays stocked and merchandise presentable.
- Manage customer requests and tasks efficiently, using qualified phone etiquette and coordinating with colleagues. Your impact: accurate, friendly service helps customers complete purchases confidently and supports smooth store operations.





Skills

Required: Practical cashiering, cash handling, POS, basic math, customer service, communication, organization, and time management skills support accurate transactions and responsive assistance. English proficiency and professional phone etiquette help you communicate clearly with customers and colleagues. Preferred: Retail sales, technology sales, product demonstrations, merchandising, and technical sales experience are valuable strengths. Bilingual or multilingual communication can help you serve a broader range of customers.

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
