**Qualifications:**

* Minimum 2 years of Canadian dental office experience
* Completion of a Dental Reception / Dental Administration Program
* Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and billing procedures
* Experience with **CDCP**, government dental programs, and private insurance claims
* Familiarity with **Tracker Dental Software** is considered a strong asset
* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
* Strong organizational and time-management abilities
* Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment while providing outstanding customer service

**Responsibilities:**

* Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to patients
* Coordinate and schedule patient treatment
* Process insurance claims and pre-authorizations
* Assist patients with CDCP and other government dental programs




* Follow up on outstanding treatment plans
* Maintain accurate patient records and correspondence
* Support front desk operations and contribute to a positive patient experience
