Cold Lake Chrysler is looking for an Automotive Service Appointment Coordinator
About the position: Schedules all appointments and attempts to contact customers the day prior to confirm service appointments. Answers phone calls and greets customers in service department, while providing support to the Services Advisors as needed.
Duties:
- Greets all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions and assists them to the best of their abilities.
- Answers phone calls coming into the service department and schedules service appointments to maximize hours produced in shop.
- Works to maintain the shop at 100% of capacity.
- Attempts to contact all customers the day prior to appointment to confirm service appointment.
- Tracks and logs wash bay daily sheets.
