Job Overview

As a Retail Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them choose products, and keep the sales floor organized and welcoming. You’ll assist with technology sales and product demonstrations, process transactions accurately, and contribute to smooth daily store operations.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, answer product questions, and provide attentive customer service.
- Demonstrate products, explain relevant features, and use thoughtful upselling to support informed purchases.
- Operate POS systems, handle cash and payments accurately, and complete basic math during transactions.
- Maintain merchandising displays, organize products, and coordinate with colleagues to keep the store ready for customers.

Skills

Required:



Clear communication, customer service, retail sales, basic math, cashiering, cash handling, POS use, merchandising, and time management support accurate transactions and helpful product guidance. English proficiency supports explicit customer interactions. Preferred: Technical sales experience, technology sales, product demos, bilingual or multilingual abilities, phone etiquette, and strong organizational skills.
