We’re looking for a Dispatch Planner to join our Innisfil team. In this role, you’ll coordinate the daily movement of our fleet, work closely with customers and drivers, and make real-time decisions to keep operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate daily freight requirements with customers
- Plan and assign loads while maximizing truck and trailer utilization
- Monitor loads and make adjustments when schedules or priorities change
- Ensure truck, trailer, and driver restrictions are considered when planning
- Communicate with customers regarding freight requirements, availability, and rates
- Collaborate with other divisions to maximize fleet efficiency
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information in the system

What We’re Looking For





- Transportation industry knowledge and an understanding of Hours of Service and log requirements
- Solid organizational and communication skills
- The ability to problem-solve and make timely decisions
- Confidence working in a busy, constantly changing environment
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
