Findlay Restoration Inc. provides construction services to the insurance industry. Our company offers Emergency and Restoration Services for properties that have sustained damage caused by water, fire, wind, mould, vehicle impact, etc. We provide our services to residential and commercial properties.

We are hiring a full-time Project Manager with 3-5 years experience working for a construction company in a similar role. The successful applicant will inspect property damage, confirm the cause of loss, prepare a detailed estimate for required emergency services and restoration services. The Project Manager will oversee the complete job from start to finish. IICRC Certification is an asset.

Project Manager Duties:

· Demonstrate the Findlay values of integrity, excellence, and outstanding customer service

· 24/7 On call rotation with other project managers to provide emergency services

· Initial inspection of loss to determine cause, document damages, review the claim process with the customer

· Coordinate emergency services

· Prepare detailed estimates for emergency services and restoration services

· Communicate effectively with Adjusters, customers, and our crews to manage the claim from start to finish

· Work with customer to establish project timeline, set expectations, obtain material and colour selections

· Obtain permits, source and order materials

· Schedule various crews and trades on restoration projects to achieve efficient timelines





· Provide exceptional customer care to ensure satisfaction

· Manage numerous projects at the same time in a very organized manor

· Ensure industry protocols and standards are followed at all times

· Confer with engineers, inspectors, sub contractors, material vendors, in house crews

The Successful Candidate Must Have:

· Valid Drivers License

· Clear Criminal Record

Qualifications and Skills Required:

· Post-secondary Degree/Diploma in a related field is considered an asset

· IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration) Certification is considered an asset

· Minimum 3 years related experience

· Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects

· Robust written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize multiple projects

· Strong people skills

Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
