Job Summary

Duties

- Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with the company’s real estate development goals.
- Oversee budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support project execution and expansion.
- Lead negotiations with investors, lenders, contractors, and partners to secure favorable terms for financing and project agreements.
- Manage all aspects of corporate finance including capital allocation, funding strategies, and investment analysis.
- Conduct detailed risk assessments related to real estate projects, including market analysis, legal considerations, and financial exposure.
- Ensure accurate account reconciliation and maintain robust financial records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements
