Unplug Hour Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our growing team!

We are an established wellness clinic located in downtown Vancouver offering acupuncture, osteopathy, counselling, and other wellness therapies. We believe in work-life balance and creating a positive environment where our team can grow, learn, and enjoy coming to work.

Hours:

This is a part-time position with availability required Monday through Friday. Shifts may vary depending on the clinic schedule and are typically 6–8 hours.

Hours will generally range from approximately 20–30 hours per week, with the potential for up to 40 hours per week during our peak season.

There may also be opportunities to pick up additional shifts as needed.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 3 months of experience using Jane App is required
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a busy clinic environment

Job Duties Include:

- Providing prompt, friendly, and courteous service to clients




- Scheduling and managing appointments using Jane App
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient questions and general inquiries
- Managing client claims and communicating with ICBC and other third-party providers when required
- Preparing, organizing, and managing clinic documents
- Assisting with administrative projects, organization, and clinic-related tasks as needed
- Taking initiative to identify ways to support the team and day-to-day operations of the clinic
- Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and keeping the reception area organized
- General clinic upkeep and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment
- Completing reception and closing duties
